The complex of services offered by department of geodesy and cadastre in branch is rather various.
Primary activities in a department:

• Creation of a national geodetic network (0-II classes);
• Creation of geodetic networks of a condensation;
• Creation geometrical database of cadastre (creation and updating cadastral plans);
• Topographical shootings different scales;
• Special engineering - geodetic works (precision geodetic supervision at installation and operation buildings, engineering constructions and the equipment; breakdown and carrying out in a nature of axes constructions; scheduled - high-altitude binding objects, etc.)
• Definition and fastenings of borders of settlements;
• Works on reconstruction state leveling network I-II of classes;
• Works on demarcation state borders between Republic Moldova and Ukraine;
• Works in co-ordinate and altitude transformation of the geodetic points used in the field of geodesy and cartography;
